We all know how important exercise is and these days getting your children to exercise is next to impossible. It is hard enough tearing them away from video games or TV, but trying to tear them away to exercise is literally like pulling teeth.
I have found one way to get my kids exercising. It is the hula hoop and they love it! Not all hoops are created equally. Make sure that you get one that is made for kids. They have so much fun with it that they use it just about every day and they do not even know that they are exercising
