Exercise Tube Secrets Revealed – How to Get Ripped With Rubber Tubes
The one thing an exercise tube can never get is boring. The list of possible exercises you can do using one is almost endless. There is virtually a dedicated workout for any muscle you can think of.
I was asked the other day why I’d recommend an exercise tube as home gym equipment for anyone starting out. I’ve found that often, and this applies even to people who’ve been using bands for many years, latex band users limit their workout routines to a few known exercises.
If that is your case, then I understand why you may think of chucking away your resistance tube. Here’s why exercise tubes remain, year after year, among the top sellers. For one, latex bands are inexpensive.
For a few dollars, you can order an entire set of exercise bands. For almost nothing, you can workout effectively, provided you know a few techniques.
Secondly they are versatile. A resistance cord can be used to workout different muscles using various routines. For example, the band squats, an easy routine that’s done in 2-steps, allows you to build both leg and middle abdominal muscles.
Some cords are equipped with one or more clips. Using these, you can attach them to another band to form a longer cord or even a loop. These clips are also used to attach it to a wall. This alone opens up plenty more variety of routines!
In fact, the only thing that can limit a tube’s potential is your own imagination.
Third, you can take your band anywhere you want to go. I recommend training bands to people who are constantly on the move: business people, travelers etc.
Finally an exercise tube can be used in a team. You don’t need to be on your own! Invite your partner to join you.
